Reach Fork Lift Operators - Port Melbourne

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse team in Port Melbourne.

This role involves operating a reach forklift, moving pallets, organising incoming freight and assisting with warehouse picking and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach forklift to move and organise pallets.
• Use an electronic pallet jack to manoeuvre pick trolleys to designated areas.
• Unload pallets from trucks and transfer them to the warehouse floor.
• Sort and organise pallets according to colour-coding requirements.
• Use an RF scanner to scan and place invoices into designated pick boxes.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements

• Current and valid forklift licence.
• Proven experience and confidence operating a reach forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
• Yellow high-visibility clothing and steel-cap safety boots.
• Completion of the mandatory online induction before commencing work.
